Tour Miracle Farm Boys Ranch

Miracle Farm Boys Ranch welcomes everyone with an interest in touring our 325-acre boys ranch just outside of Brenham, Texas. 

Whether we’re hosting 2 or 40 people, we want to make your tour of Miracle Farm Boys Ranch informative and memorable. We offer several options depending on your time and our schedules, and we try to accommodate your tour requests and schedule, as much as possible. 

Please keep in mind that much of our tour is held outdoors. The best time to tour Miracle Farm Boys Ranch is in the Spring or Fall when outdoor temperatures are more comfortable and tolerable for all ages. 

If you choose to have lunch with us, we will need a 5 days’ notice, with a head count, so our kitchen staff can adequately prepare to serve everyone.

Miracle Farm Boys Ranch tours are conducted in either our open-air “people movers” for groups over 3 people, or from your tour/shuttle bus. Tour participants must be able to handle stairs and bleachers with minimal assistance.

Top Hand Tour

Arena option available only Monday, Wednesday and Friday

  • Arrive at Miracle Farm Boys Ranch’s Dining Hall by 11:30 or 12:00 for lunch.
  • Prior to lunch, you can sit in one of our Dining Hall front porch rocking chairs and visit with the boys or just enjoy the beautiful landscape.
  • Lunches are served buffet style at 12:30 and this is an excellent opportunity for you to spend some time visiting with our staff and our boys here at Miracle Farm.
  • After lunch, we will kick-off your Miracle Farm Boys Ranch tour with a 30-minute presentation given by our Development office. You will then be taken on a guided tour of our campus to learn more about our program and amenities.
  • The guided tour includes visiting a boys’ home and its house parents who will talk about their home and the program. Next, you will go on a general tour of Miracle Farm Boys Ranch to see our other boys’ homes, outdoor chapel and retreat center.
  • At approximately 2:30, the tour will end at our Arena where the boys will provide a riding demonstration. You can also spend a few minutes with our horses at the Arena.
  • Expect to leave Miracle Farm Boys Ranch at approximately 3:00PM - 3:30PM.

Ranch Hand Tour

Monday – Friday (no Arena demonstration)

Arrive at Miracle Farm Boys Ranch’s Dining Hall by 10:00AM or 10:30AM and our Development office will kick-off your Miracle Farm Boys Ranch tour with an informative, 30-minute presentation.

Afterwards, you will be taken on a tour of our campus to learn more about our program and amenities. As part of this tour, you will get to visit a boys’ home and meet the house parents who will talk about their home and the program. Next, you will go on a general tour of Miracle Farm Boys Ranch to see our other boys’ homes, outdoor chapel and retreat center.

This tour is approximately 1.5 hours in length and participants can stay to enjoy lunch at Miracle Farm Boys Ranch or have lunch at one of Washington County’s wonderful lunch venues.
