Through our innovative horse program and on-site academic and vocational training, young men establish and achieve goals for a lifetime, and learn to believe in themselves as something more than society has painted them to be. It all happens in a safe, structured environment where they have the opportunity to turn their lives around and become responsible men.
Position Summary: Miracle Farm is searching for its next President. The President is responsible for the overall supervision of staff and programs provided by Miracle Farm. This includes all aspects of the ministry at all levels. Subject to the Bylaws, they shall have general control and supervision of the activities and affairs of the Ministry. This person serves as a primary public representative of Miracle Farm in community networking and fundraising, and must be comfortable speaking before groups and in small meetings with donors and other ministry partners.
Miracle Farm is currently finishing construction on a brand-new, on-campus residence for the incoming president and their family, expected to be completed in early summer, 2021.
Education and Experience:
- Must hold a four-year degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Must be a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA), or have the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months. Visit https://hhs.texas.gov for full eligibility requirements.
- Must have a minimum of five years of documented full-time experience working in a non-profit setting, preferably addressing the needs of families and children.
- Must also have a minimum of two years of documented full-time experience while serving in an administrative capacity with responsibility for supervision of staff.
