Principal Functions: (1) Responsible for the administrative management of the direct care/social service staff. (2) Direct the overall implementation of the basic child-care program. (3) Supervise, encourage, and support the social services staff. (4) Provide guidance to direct care staff and boys for campus activities. (5) Coordination and implementation of program and services.

Education and Experience: A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work or other human services field with one year of full-time documented service in a residential child-care operation, or related field of child and family services; or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with two years of full-time documented service in a residential child-care operation, or related field of child and family services. PLEASE NOTE: This position is required to live on the Miracle Farm campus in order to be available on 24-hour notice and respond to situations on campus. A background in agricultural, farming and ranching is a plus.

(2) Responsible for on-going supervision, providing structure and consistency within the Trauma-Informed Care model of Miracle Farm. (3) Create an environment of felt safety and connection to assist each young man to positively develop and improve their spiritual, familial and peer relationships.(4) willingness to work within a team-concept environment, with productivity and solutions in mind.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; 3 Years Full-Time Work Experience; Previous experience working with children, youth, and families preferred (can be volunteer experience).
