Principle Function: This position requires a person skilled in maintenance with experience in grounds keeping, care of buildings, and related equipment. Skills must include good organization ability, knowledge of mechanical equipment and a working knowledge of carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other related trades. Able to track work progress through a work order system and charge the appropriate budget. Ability to provide instruction and supervision to youth in a farm/agriculture/equestrian program that promotes safety, an increased skill set and a positive learning experience for those involved.

Education and Experience: Position requires high school diploma or GED but bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous construction and childcare experience preferred.

Status: Full-time, with benefits. Salary DOE.
